Dear customers,
To ensure that you get your orders in time for Christmas, we advise that you send all large orders (>250 items) to us no later than Friday, 10th December. For smaller orders (<250 items), we advise that these orders be sent to us no later than Thursday, 16th December.
To reiterate, the deadlines are:
- Large Orders (250+ items): Friday 10th December.
- Small Orders: (Less than 250 items): Thursday, 16th December.
Whilst orders will be processed if received after End Of Day Thursday, December 16th we cannot realistically expect you to receive them in time to send on.
To avoid any added seasonal delivery stress, I’d really recommend that you have all orders sent to us between December 6-10th, as if all of your orders for the period are received on Friday, despite our best efforts, delays may occur and cause your order not to arrive in time for Christmas.
Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, 4th January.
